Im stuck on this pre order crapFollow

I can't post to FFXIV official forums because my level is too low, I need help here guys.

I'm sick of this pre order code error and the submission of pre order code ends in 12/31/2013, and square enix would not even entertain my emails.

I've got this EU code for Cait Sith Doll Minion and Mog Cap item redemption, but what I needed is NA code.
I've done all the suggestions I found on many forums ie. Editing Profile/Setting Default language to English(US), Making sure the targel url preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com, etc.. But the system will only give me this EU code (RAAE). So are there any of you guys needing a EU code and got NA code instead? Perhaps we can trade codes. Trust is needed here. Thanks.

No offense or anything, but you mention "Trust is needed here", while at the same time you're a day old account with five posts to his name, four of which are in this very same topic bumping it, and to make matters worse... your name is "Light Stoner" ?

However remote the chance is that someone made the same mistake ordering a NA code when they needed an EU code, I'm sorry but i really dont think anyone is going to take that leap of faith.

That all said, Square Enix Europe has Webchat. They respond instantly and the queue isnt too long most of the time. Square Enix NA only deals with people over the phone. Their number is 858-790-7529, following a 3 in the next selection for FFXIV i think. Phoning them is quite a chore, but there's nothing else that can be done.

A word of advice, I would stop bumping your own thread as no one here is willing to do the trade you are looking for. Your only recourse of action is get your character to a higher level so that you can post on the official forums or call SE and deal with their customer service.

I just achieved the minimum level required to post in official FFXIV forums yesterday. I posted in many ffxiv forums as an act of desperation. Still hoping that someone similar to my situation sees this thread. Bumping the thread.

I have those pre-order items, but I can't even remember what they were because they were so insignificant. In the time spent posting on the forums you would have already gotten bored of your pre-order bonus items. Thus, you can happily continue on your way knowing that either way you'd be in the same place that you are right now.

It's too obscure I think, finding someone to trade 1:1 in your reverse circumstance. Your best bet would be to try explicit trade forums like epicnpc, epvp, r/gamesell (but run the risk of getting ripped off), or to just sell it outright, and then buy a NA code off someone else.
