I've looked through several threads and can't find a solution for my scenario...
*I received the PS3 disc with Square Enix product registration card - red and black insert with XXXXXX-000-XXXXXX-000 formatted code, and game registration code - on booklet XXXX-XXXX-XXXX formatted code.
**I've registered on PSN (via Redeem Code) and Square Enix. My understanding is Mog will sync when the came is ran, etc.
***I run the game, main screen comes up, I log in, and I get the blue error screen stating "No valid service account is available..."
I'm pretty sure I already linked my PSN/SE/Mog accounts because I have already played out my 14 day trial. My understanding is that I have to set up the monthly subscriptions through Mog. I'm completely lost on why Mog still doesn't recognize that my game is registered.
I've probably spent a solid week trying to figure all of this out start to finish. I'm exhausted and starting to wish I didn't have my heart set on continuing to play. Would have never started playing in the first place if I knew the headache and time/money wasted just to play.
PLEASE, I would appreciate ANY input.
