They may need more information than that to address the issue. Which page specifically(including skin prefix)? Any chance you could screenshot your particular issue and mark where things are wrong to make it easier for someone to find and fix the problem when they get a chance?

Do you mean www.zam.com or eq2.allakhazam.com or another game's homepage?
I'm guessing you mean the EQ2 homepage since that seems to be your area of interest (and it hasn't had an update since Sept. 30).
