I saw this at the bottom of an item description. I've looked and I don't see anywhere to set up a character. Can someone tell me where it is? As I'm using a mobile, an actual link would better.

You can set up characters by either clicking on your account name in the top right hand corner of the site and choose Character, or go to this link.
