sadly this isnt just you, the server is $%(&^ed up atm. Been getting r0 spikes myself a lot, but, Ive been able to recover from them.

yesterday there was insane lag in my mog house. I pushed the seals i had on me to the bank, then stuff i am making stacks of, hit sort and checked - everything still all over the place. At the same time i see a bunch of LS mates are piping in that they are R0ing. then spent 5 seconds trying to get into jeuno from my moghouse.
