No posting of anything related to the beta including whether or not you got in. Don't take the risk of losing your access for breaking the NDA. Obviously we know legacy members are in, but that doesn't mean you can talk about anything involving the beta until the NDA lifts, which should happen at Phase 3 at the latest. For details refer to the Beta roadmap.

Actually, page 8 of the roadmap says the NDA will be lifted for Phase 3.

It's smart to play it safe and not allow mentioning of getting it because it's a slippery slope, but it doesn't sound like that's included in the NDA. Regardless, it's too risky to mess around.
One of my friends was asking any friends who got in to stream video to him (privately). Too risky!

Regardless of the official NDA agreement (which again, nobody can disclose here because that too is under the NDA) it is Zam's policy to keep in SE's good graces and respect their wishes. The NDA will be lifted soon enough

I can disclose that I'm not under an NDA on account that I'm not participating the in the beta, however.
The final phase is the only one that holds any interest for me, especially since we can't even talk about it until near the end, regardless.
