After failing to log in to phase 3 for half an hour (I expected nothing
less) I just tried to kill some time reading the official forum.
This is what I got. (ãªã— in this case means "never").

You have always been a real troublemaker Rinsui ;)
I also got the maintenance message just now, I wonder what problems they are having that actually made the site crash.,, I mean, I would expect the game to have issues. I guess too many testers who couldn't log into the game had the same idea as us at the same time :)

F5ing email, beta forums and zam forums at the same time..
If you where in beta already, you do not need an email confirmation FYI
At the moment doesnt really seem to matter if you are in beta or not, unless of course you got it downloaded before. Forums down so no download. And even after it will probably be so slow that i wont be able to play till tomorrow or so.
