20ish - Unlocks personal Chocobo, retainers...
30/15 - Job unlock

Well, In the case of this Beta phase...

20ish - Finish story quest available during this phase. Now you can level any job from 1 to 15 in an instant assuming you talk with the correct NPC.
26 - You can speak to a NPC to auto level up to lv. 29.

If you finish the main quest line for Phase 3, as an easter egg, they will let you level up your other War/Magic jobs to 15 if you talk to the appropriate NPC as that class.

If you have NOT finished the main quest line available, you CANNOT trigger these effects.

If content is taken out in phase 3, im assuming phase 4 will have all the content? Since they said that most likely there will not be a character wipe?
