Don't believe Job Quests are available until Phase 4, only players who had jobs from 1.0 and transferred can use them.
But this will be some good information for the future Smiley: smile

Thanks for the link. I am wondering though, why would they not recommend DEX for Dragoon? With things like using the leg sweep to get a stun and following up with a back attack you'd think shorter cooldowns would be helpful.

Possibly because DEX is not in any way related to skill speed?
Read the manual, page 2, directly under the battle section stat effects are explained.
