I have finished the main story and the quests in dry bone and still cannot access Halatali. Does anyone have any info on the prerequisite for it. Thank you.
There was an NPC I had to talk to in the Walking Sands that gave me access to one of the dungeons, I can't remember which though. As you go in (it's in Vesper Bay), head down the hall and hang a left at the second intersection I believe.
Should be a quest at the Waking Sands. Not in the main room you usually go to, but one off to the side.

Does this open access to all dungeons then?
I've completed Halatali but didn't see anymore quests. I'm assuming I just go talk to an NPC outside of, say, Toto Ram or Hauke Manor?
