I don't know if anyone has created a thread on this, and I don't remember seeing one.

When doing quests, you can change to a desired job (as long as it meets level requierments if there are any in place) to any job when collecting the rewards. This means you can go out do a bunch of quests and use that xp for lets say a DoL class. I am having kind of mixed feelings about this, but for the most part I like it. This will help crafters, and gatherers to try and keep up with the unrelenting pace of the combat classes.

I thought of this too, but I couldn't get any of them to stick due to level restrictions. So it's not like you can get the XP on earlier levels for quick leveling. Besides that the DoL and DoH quests are automatically applied to those jobs regardless of your equipped job.

Some quests are class specific and won't let you complete them unless you are that specific class. EXP isn't even that hard to come by to make that necessary.

I tried this with some of the begginer quest in limsa and I I just lost the exp when I tried to turn it in at cook instead of mrd. Maybe it gave it to Mrs but it def didn't give exp to my cook.
