Im currently a Part of the PC version of the Beta I have CE edition from Version 1.0 just curious as to how I can DL and play on my PS3 ??

Currently you can't because the beta test is over, but in preparation for the next one, head to http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/ and register for PS3.
