Hi all,

Making this fast, needed clarification.

If I already own the PC version of FFXIV, & just pre-ordered the PS3 version. Am I able to link my accounts at this time? Am I able to register my Serial # yet? How do I register for the PS3 beta, if I'm in the PC beta?

Actually, when you receive a PS3 invite you get two codes. One is for your SE account, it will add a beta service account. The second code, you enter in the PSN store to download the game. When you start the game, you will be required to link your PSN account to your SE account. You can only link one PSN account to one SE account.

I have no idea how it works for the pre-order early play codes, as I have yet to receive anything myself.

Pre-ordering the PS3 version doesn't give you access to the beta, you have to register separately for that. It will however give you access to early play, but details on how this will work are not available yet. I assume it'll be a code to download the game in advance, or maybe the beta client we already have will work.

I think phase 3 is over, and the next phase will be open beta so you should not have any issue in obtaining a download code, but make sure you apply just to be sure.

Oops I wrongly assumed phase 3 was over. Well then, hurry up and register for the ps3 beta! They are sending plenty of invites now, so you have a good chance.
