Ok I applied for beta two days ago and just got the beta key email from Square Enix today and I tried registering the code but it says: The entered code has already been registered. Can someone help me? Should I have entered it the second I got the e-mail?

Just did, waiting on chat support. I searched the web and found out that others are dealing with this problem aswell.
