hi guys, i have a doubt about the stats of the armors, in FFXIV i have leveled a archer to 17, and all the items from quest reward have "class required" for equipped, a high lvl the items have restrictions on the armors? i mean, i can mix pieces of mind and str for example? thx

And about the maps in FFXIV..the only maps we can access is the maps around the 3 cities? or because Beta 3 we dont have look all the maps?

Sorry for my english and thanx for the possibles answers

No you cannot mix and match gear if is has specifics on it. BUT if the gear says "All classes" anyone can wear it. The way the game is right now there is no reason to mix str+int.

The maps have sub sections. So yea there is 3 rmajor maps but they get broken down into pieces (zones) so there is alot more.

Hope this helped

mm thanx about to the items, the items for "all class" is only a thing of low level quest or a high lvl we have to this rewards? and about the maps my fear is simply that the leveling not gonna be sufficient for lvl your class for example your bard to lvl 50.

Keep in mind, the open fields are not designed for leveling so much as the content of the game itself. This includes:

Quests
Guildleves/Grand Company Leves
Guildhests
Dungeons
F.A.T.E.S.

These will be your primary avenues for leveling up, and will offer you far superior rewards than randomly killing monsters out on the field randomly. Particularly, Dungeons provide the best XP yeild out of all of them as well as sellable currency for gil, and armor that is more than passable for tasks leveling up.

Keep in mind that during the Beta, Mor Doa and Corenthas regions are locked away from our use, expanding the available area to explore once they do become unlocked.
