I have heard that Legacy players will be able to change their race and such? Is that true and if it is when would that happen? Phase 4? Early access? Or launch?
I am a Hume and debating between going to Roegadyn or male cat for my warrior!!!!

It's true. You'll get an opportunity to change up most everything on your Legacy characters.
As for when? I'm under the impression it'll either be during Early Access or at Launch, but not during Open Beta. Someone feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on that one.

That is kind of what I thought, was just wondering if there was anything special I had to do or it would be obvious to do. Never assume SEnix makes things easy on us :)
Bah I cant seemt o find the link but I remember reading that you can change your look when the game is released... yes not early access but release.
I believe silverhope has the right of it. There was a big debacle on the beta forums about having to wait until release to change their characters.
