So now you have 3 different head options that all offer +20% exp 1-10. Shame they werent different slots (and stacked)

I would imagine so. It says all classes and doesn't specify DOW or DOM or anything like that.

Level 1-10 is almost nothing considering it's mostly talking to NPCs, killing a few mobs here and there and doing a hunt log lol. If this was a 1.0 item it'd definitely have a lot of use for that exp bonus.

I'm thinking for levelling crafting and gathering jobs especially.. those can be tedious.

Are you on a mobile phone? That's the result that I get from my horrible windows phone. I thought it was just mobile internet explorer and my underspecced lumia to blame.
I haven't tried it on my home PC yet.

Yes but those quests aren't repeatable so you'd have only 1 shot in each city.

Also really helpful for those DoL and DoH classes.

Doesn't work on my work PC with IE either. Home with Chrome works just fine.
