$49.99 is a high price. The music is cool but since I can't take it on the go, this isn't for me. I would love to have the minion though... Not may people are going to have it and of those that do, I wonder how many got this Blu-ray just for the minion... I would but unless it comes with a free retainer, Ill pass.

I'll hear the music constantly by playing the game as often as I possibly can... so I probably won't need to buy this...
And minions are cool looking but are useless.. so this is not going to be on my Christmas list for sure.

There was already a thread about it here. I don't recall any one saying they'd buy it just for the minion, but some people felt the low cost per track made it well worth the cost, and others didn't. I believe Killua said it was all a flimsy rip off of FFXI and WoW anyway, but I might be misremembering.

Isn't everything a flimsy ripoff of WoW and FFXI? Unless it's ignoring them? Or doing both?

I just assume that to be his/her default position on every subject. Probably even stuff that's not FF14 related.

If it was cute I would but... its just a ball with swords stuck on it.. ill pass.
If I can find it at some point on Pirate Bay, then yes. I won't be paying 50 dollars for this, I have bills to pay. 
I know someone who will get it for me, so yeah. That solves the price issue.

Same here. I'm curious just how many people are going to buy it? For a blu ray music disc, it is a bit steep, but I got my yearly pittance of a bonus and figured I'd buy this and a trip to visit my brother.
