Where do I go to report a potential issue? I know that P4 hasn't started yet but, when I start up the launcher on my PS3 there are black bars at the top, bottom and sides of the screen displaying the maintenance page. This reduces the visual area that the game may potentially be displayed in from 46" down to 38". I hope this is just because P4 hasn't started yet but I'm afraid that it might become an issue since the P3 Launcher never did that.
Yea I have no idea why there shutting the forums down during a open beta phase seems silly. Or they just don't want any feedback till after launch idk.
Well, if the game looks like this then it will defeat the purpose of playing it on the PS3 since I won't be able to read any text without sitting in the middle of the floor, half way between my recliner and the TV so I hope that isn't the case.
I wouldn't jump the gun and panic just yet. Keep in mind that the Phase 4 client (and possibly the launcher, as well) is entirely different than what we have previously seen. Granted, if it is an issue, I'm sure it won't take long to get back to them, with or without a bug report forum and you'll be able to find info somewhere. I'm more concerned about being able to download the client with this slow connection of mine in time to actually play the beta. Hope everything goes well for you, though. Good luck.
My screen was off to the left. Top and bottom ok. I'm assuming that once I log in it will change.
In p3 the screen was so small I couldn't read any of the links, but in game the screen changed.
