Good evening,
Does anyone know in the Legacy and/or Collector's Edition perks are limited only to your original character or if I chose to start a brand new character on a non-legacy server would he receive any of those perks? I'm the only person who from my original group of friends who doesn't feel like re-leveling jobs so I may end up making a new character since it seems world-transfer will probably be disabled for awhile. I may just wait until world transfers open as well, still debating.
Was just curious if anyone was in the same boat as me.

You'll get all your of your CE items from 1.0 (and 2.0 actually). As far as legacy perks, do you mean the lower cost? Yes.
I know they have stated that all new characters created with a Legacy/CE account will get the CE bonuses.
Also they just stated that World Transfers would be available 2~3 weeks from launch.

Oh I heard much longer on World Transfers, that would be great. Then I would just dink around for a few weeks then transfer, school starts Monday anyway. Just trying to save myself some extra time so I don't have to re-level 3 jobs and can focus on leveling new ones.
I have a feeling legacy characters won't be able to transfer to new servers even after the couple of weeks have passed.
