My wife got her phase 4 code last night, did her update etc..

This morning after tryin to log in, the messege "Can't be used in current enviorment. Use of account from multiple platforms requires proper reg. fro each plat form. Any idea what happened? never had this issue in any other beta. I do have her beta account tied to my SE account, along with my legacy account.. could this be the issue?

No clue. I am in a pickle as well. I am getting an error code 80029564 on my ps3. I can download but it stops at 14% install. I have wiped the data base and reset the file system and nothing. I have called Sony 3 times already. They suggested I get another ps3 beta code.
