legacy chocobo vs new oneFollow

I like many have made a new character on a fresh start server and got my legacy chocobo in the mail today but I was wondering, is there any difference between the legacy chocobo and the one we will be able to buy with gc seals? Is there some aesthetic or performance difference or is it just saving us 1000 seals or however much it costs now in ARR?
