When you change classes, do you allocate you Bonus Stats again?
I am considering putting 30 points into MND on a Lvl 50 Conjurer, but I want to make absolutely sure that when I switch to THM I will have the 30 points to allocate to INT.
I understand that the allocation is permanent at this time. But we still get to allocate the 30 points once per class, correct?

I just figured you re-earned the stats as you leveled out again. Aren't the stats only active while playing that specific class?

That's correct Gnu, the personal allocated stats are on a per class basis. As far as Arcanist goes I'm not really sure how that works. In one question Yoshi-P stated that Summoner and Scholar wouldn't share those stats and another shortly thereafter stated both would use the bonuses allocated from Arcanist.
It be that he meant that they don't share stats in that Scholar uses MND and Summoner uses INT and wasn't talking about the bonuses at all. But as far as your question goes feel free to dump those points into MND on Conjurer.

I saw that as well. When I asked about that, someone said that during the live letter after coming back from a break, Yoshi mentioned that he was incorrect that Summon and Scholar wouldn't share those stats. Apparently, that correction didn't make it into the archived questions and answers at the official forum.
