Job Teachers and QuestFollow

I was wondering as I was leveling jobs. I was hoping that your teacher of the job would give you new quest, weapons,, spells or abilities. Most jobs have quest level 5, 10, 15. But then drop off completely. Its like your level 15, you know everything about all jobs. No AF armor, no quest to learn anything new or make a name of yourself in that guild.

And I know some people will say the game is new. Except this game is not. People were already level 50 on 1.0 version. I have no idea what they did on 1.0. But this is something I feel is missing. It been nice for a 20, 30, 40 50 quest from each job teacher. I am just curious what people did before. As it is right now, SE is saying after 15 grind it to 30. Unlock a job and grind that to 50 with no new quest to stop you long the way for your job.

Am I missing something?

There is a level 20 quest for all classes and than one for 30, after that I'm not sure but I would assume every ten levels so 40 and 50.
