I see everyone talking about redeeming their pre-order code for early release access but when I pre-ordered the instructions were that I'd receive this code via email. I have not yet received anything from SE in an email, all I have is the original email that came right after making my purchase that has my order number and serial number...and I thought the code I'm supposed to use is entirely different than either of these. So is everyone just getting their pre-order codes and I'm not or is there a way to use the codes I've already received?

I look at both this forum and the Beta forum and i have yet to see a post from anyone stating they have received the follow up email from SE.

The first thing i did see this morning was a link to the site to register the serial number you received in the first email. However it is not letting me and many other people complete the process yet, most likely due to everyone else trying to register as well.

Some people have posted that they have been able to complete the process of registering their serial numbers. After that you will receive an email from SE with another code instructing you to go to another site and register that new code. After that you can download the client (if you don't have the phase 4 client already) and wait for EA to go live on Saturday. Once you are in on Saturday the pre-order items should be in the Mog Mail waiting for you.

In the e-mail you received after purchasing there should be an 18 digit Serial Number/Product Code that is labeled "Product Name: FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Pre-Order Bonus Package". The bonus package includes your helmet, vanity pet, and early access. My understanding is that there will be another code with the full release product code that will be sent sometime soon as well.
