Pre order code problemsFollow

Hello everyone. I have been having A LOT of problems lately with the ffxiv pre order code. After being in the sight for 2 hours I was finally able to get my ps3 pre order redeemed! But when I did that it gave me a PC code instead of a PS3 code when I clearly chose ps3 as the platform. So if anyone could give me some info that would be great! Ty
