Guys, if any of you preordered the game with amazon and have yet to receive your preorder code for your early access, I highly recommend to emailing customer service. I had to do that twice yesterday, First guy was a complete jerkwad who basically told me go ask square cause what we have is what you see on the item description (Whatever that means) and the second person actually helped me said I qualified and gave me my code with instructions-- seems like their database is a little screwy and some people get skipped.
I'd provide screenshots but I'm at work so I can't open my email here.
But yeah, just a heads up!

I got mine 5 minutes after ordering the game through them and so did my friend.

Just cancel and reorder it. it takes thirty seconds and cost nothing to do.
I canceled my PC collectors this morning, and ordered the PS3 regular.
- I got the pre order code less than 30 seconds after ordering both times.
Check SPAM/Junk - Confirm your checking the correct email box. (it will go to your amazon account email)

They claim that they send mine for two different pre orders. I said, no, can you please resend it and they did. Don't cancel your CE though... lol. Just tell them you can't find it can ask if they can resend the email containing the code. In fact, just say that to begin with.

I ordered mine June 14th and got my code 5 min after I did. I am going to cancel though b.c this code problem pissed me off so I just got from the PlayStation store and I'm in EA now.

I'm pretty frustrated with this invalid code thing too; I think I'm going to do the same thing.

I'm assuming you ordered the physical version.
Amazon bills when the item ships. Don't panic if it gets really close to release day and they still haven't shipped it yet. Amazon has distribution centers all over and they'll get your game to you on release day.
Your official game code will be included in the game box.

9-1 and i still havent received my Actual game. Amazon says i wont have it until the 5th. I pre-ordered the game back in may, and i'm stuck a week or 2 without the game after release thanks to using amazon.

You'll get the game just in time to avoid all the server issues. It's not like people can just login and play anyway so you're actually kinda lucky.

Should have paid for something other than the super (slow) saver shipping. The problem isn't that you used Amazon, it's what you chose for shipping options.

Posted: Aug 31 2013 at 10:20 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) The game was released on the 27th (Tues). Unless you live in Gnome, Alaska I don't see how a preorder before the launch date would take a week+ to get anywhere, even with ground shipping.
