I dont get it. I only have ONE code and it's the code I got in my order confirmation way back in July when I got the PCDL version of the CE. It goes XXXXX - ### - XXXXXX - ###
I try entering this and it never works. Error 1 or error 3. now its error 1.. and not 3.
I never got a single email beyond that. What is wrong? The email that I purchased the game with is a different email than the one my SE account is registered with. My SE account does--it does--have FF14 as one of my registered games.
I'll keep looking at this thread. Sorry if it's a repeat

My husband was getting error code 3 but he just kept trying and eventually it went through. You're using the right code from what I can tell, so just keep trying.

It's Error 1 though, not 3! I'll keep hitting claim...

That's just server overload. I put mine in this morning and it went through on the first try. I still haven't gotten any email though. I just entered the code that it gave me on the next page. It went through and said "success". So to my knowledge I'm good to go for Early Access.

What would you suggest? My code is correct, right? So maybe I can try again tomorrow and it'll free up or something? Or I can click "redeem" every now and then before bed...
A friend told me that error 1 is an invalid code? But it's the only code I have...

I'm ready to pre-order a second copy or something. I'm freaaking out!'
So I cancelled my old order and re-ordered a new PCDL CE. Then I put in the new code and after about 20 redeems, it went through. Thank you all. See you in game
