Figured id throw my story in real fast for those maybe still with trouble. I was one that kept getting the error3 try again message for over an over for long time . So I hopped on my g/f pc and registered hers and it worked the first try and then the 20 digit worked first try as well. So I decided to try my account on her pc and behold it worked first try. So maybe if anyone has access to an extra pc id give it a try on a different pc.
That being said is that all there is to do after entering both codes? DO we just click on the client from phase4 on the 24th and signin on our account and start playing?

I hope so because after I ran through the 20char code and went through the next screens, I hit close and that was the end of that. No email, no nothing. I am hoping this is not some ruse on SE's part. 
I failed like 100 times, then logged into my VPN and it worked the first time.
If you don't have another pc try using a different browser.
It worked for me - was using Firefox, switched to google chrome and it went through.

Alternatively, you can just kill the cookies for the preorder website, refresh your window, then try. YMMV.
I just tried about 30 minutes ago and had no problem turning in my EA code, got registration code and its all setup. Come on weekend
