Legacy member early access registrationFollow

I am a legacy member that participated in all of the beta stages, including phase 4.

I just opened the client, it seemed to update then it gave me this message within the client itself:

No valid or active service account is available to play FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn.

Proper registration through the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station is required.


I then clicked on the URL to the mog station site and it asked me for a code, which I was never sent.

Can anyone give me some information on what my next step is to be able to play in the early access?

Waiting for EA to start.

They clarified that Legacy members won't have to do anything to get in.

I just updated the client.....squeeeeeeel the worlds are GREEN! can't access them yet though...so bloody excited now.

You should not be getting this message if you are legacy. I know two people that live in my household who are legacy and got the message saying, "Please wait until the start of the early access period or official launch to access the game."

Something is wrong somewhere. You do NOT need a code if you are legacy.

I would personally follow these steps.

Open a ticket here. http://support.na.square-enix.com/faqarticle.php?kid=62683&id=903&la=2&ret=faq

Click, "This did not answer my question." and fill out some information. It is email support so they will email you, now if you don't get an answer by tomorrow morning I personally would call SE.

i got the same thing. i am i legacy player as well. i purchased and downloaded the PS3 Collectors Edition version from the playstation store and was never sent a product / pre-order code. it does say however wait for EA to launch. but when i try to log in on my pc it sends me links to the mogstation to enter a product code. i was never sent any emails or anything of the sort. as well as for some reason when i log into my square enix account, it says that my product is currently not registered, and i dont have that legacy icon thing. i been able to play in beta 3 and 4 and re-customize my old character that was a gld 33.

im not tech savy or anything like that, i just like playing the game. been playing ffxi since it started, as well as ffxiv since its release. playing off and on here and there until it went offline in 2012.

any information will be much appreciated thank you.
