Is it possible to start a party with a friend and both of you queue up on the duty finder so that you'll both get chosen to be in the same dungeon instance?

It is possible. The more people you que up with, the shorter the wait also. You can even form a full party before you que up to streamline the entire process to an instant access.

heh eya you can ahve 5 people in your party ( of friends or server ppl) than use the DF to insta transport everyone aswell.
