Setting up two accountsFollow

Hey guys, I was hoping someone might be able to confirm how this would work.
I have 1.0 CE (no legacy) and I bought a PS3 copy. My girlfriend will be playing and starting fresh. I was hoping that I could apply the PS3 code to my girlfriend's account and we would be able to both play on either PC or PS3. However, I loaded early access onto the PS3 and it will only allow me to attach the PSN ID that I downloaded the client from to a SE account.
She will only be playing on the PC. Does this mean I have to buy her another PC version? Essentially ending up with 3 copies of the game for the two of us?
