don't want to lose early access characterFollow

I bought the game early and got the early access code which I redeemed on my existing square-enix account (from FF11 days).

I just got the "real" game code from Amazon for my collector's edition (download) and was about to link it to the same account when I realized that my early access character is no longer on the account. It was on the account just yesterday.

I already made a ticket with SE but the question is do I lose the character if I register the game code now before checking with SE? It will probably take 2-3 days for them to get back to me. Wondering if anyone else had the same situation.

My character wasn't showing (still isn't) on the Mog Station, but when I logged in game it was there and playable.

I see. But did you link your account with the game code already? If so, then I guess they're just glitchy and everything should be ok if I link it also.

Log into the game. Enter the game on your character. Log out of the game. Check your mog station and let me know if it updates?

It doesn't, I don't have any characters showing on Mogstation either, and I've been logged in and out all weekend and yesterday as well.

I guess it's just bugged. It showed up for me, but some people can't see it. I was wondering if it was maybe related to logging in to update your info through mog station.

It's a new and improved(read: slightly buggy, but better looking) Square Enix ID website. You use it to access your account, add or save payment information, enter registration or bonus item codes, ect.

Hmmm now that I think about it, the mogstation was only showing my characters on the NA servers while I still had some characters on the Japanese server.

I'm wondering if the bug is that it is only showing *** or NA server but not both. You can try creating character on the Japanese server and check if it shows up in your moogle station to make sure it is the correct account.

If it means anything, at least you can view your characters by logging into the SE memebers accounts and trying to make a post on the loadstone. So at least that shows the data is still there and associated with your account. I was assuming the reason our characters don't show yet is because we have not paid for a subscription and it would work like with FF11 where your characters sorta are the sub.

Guess I was wrong and it is just a bug? Great...
