Subject says it all. Am I the only unlucky one who still hasn't received their registration code by email yet after pre-ordering it from the SE online store? I looked around and haven't seen anyone else with the same issue.

I pre ordered the digital CE from SE, and still haven't received anything for my bonus items yet.
I pre ordered through Amazon, can see my register key, but have no idea where to use it. And I guess...atm... I'm playing my free 30 days? I dunno...i've not been tasked to do anything yet in game :o
