Hey i noticed i just got two trophies while playing.. how do i get the ones i should have got before trophies were attainable?
& i noticed a few people with different looking chocobo armor how do you get that? i am lvl 15 so cant ride one yet but i have a Legacy chocobo .. does the armor look awesome on it? Only played 1.0 till lvl 10 but didn't stop my sub.

Legacy Chocobo, you can't customise its Barding. Barding is only for Grand Company Chocobo. Pretty sure you have to be lvl 25 and attain certain rank in the Grand Company, then buy the whistle and Bardings (whistle for Chocobo should be accessible quite early on but Barding is only accessible at early-mid rank).
You do get Behemoth Barding from CE for GC Chocobo as soon as you buy the whistle.
By Trophies I think you meant Achievement? Just open the Achievement log to see how to obtain them. Legacy Achievements are now unobtainable and only people who had them before can have them now.
