Hello All,
I recently purchased a Pre-Order PC Digital download of FFXIV. With the Official release, am I to buy a new digital download? Currently my Account status is Inactive and there is no apparent way of reactivating it. Square Enix processes can be quite confusing. I apologize in advance if this question had already been answered somewhere.

If you ordered a digital copy from Amazon, you can find your 2nd product code if you do the following.
1.Go to amazon and log in
2. Open the "Your Account" options, toward the upper right
3. Scroll down to "Digital Content" portion of the page, 4th category down
4. Click on "Your Games and Software Library"
5. Under Final Fantasy ARR, there will be a yellow button that says 'product code', open it.
6. Input that into your Mog Station
Easy Peasy. Hope that helps.
And again, this is for Amazon orders.

If you ordered from SE's store you should have received an email with the product key for the full game by now. You simply have to link that to your account. If you haven't received an email, use the link in your confirmation email to track your order and you should find the key there.
