Help with payingFollow

So I try to log on today and it says my subscription is inactive, I go to the website, and I cant figure out how to subscribe for the life of me. Can someone PLEASE help, I've been trying to figure this out for an hour ><

I've bought the Crysta, but now what do I do with it ><

Im on a ps3 if that matters, I mean, I just wanna play that game.........

have you gone to the mogstation site to register your subscription?

It's not on your playstation - unless you use their browser to navigate to it. It will on your computer or phone if it's that smart

Suspect you're having the same issue I am right now and I'm waiting on support to get back to me. If what I've read from others is to be believed, you need to add your registration code (One that ends in E or U in the first 4) to the account, but I have the problem of the system telling me that code was used, so I can't get anywhere. I was caught in the initial NA/EU mix-up, so if you were as well, that may be the root of the issue.

All I know is I'll be miffed I lose access to my character (27 THM just finished Totorak quest, all other combat classes 15+, Goldsmithing 19, Mining/Botany 15+, then some others) and would have to drop another $30 on the game.

Hey bud. The code you got in the actual game is entered in the PS3 code redemption. As far as subscriptions, there should be a button in the Mogstation web site to set up subscriptions.

You would have potentially received 2 codes depending on when you ordered. Maybe 3 if you got caught in the EU mix-up.

First would've come from the retailer, and likely something akin to: ABCDE-123-FGHIJ-456
The second code would've come from plugging that in to EA, so something like: XXXU-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX
If you got a mixed code like I did when the registration site launched, you could've had an E version of the above instead of the U.

Since EA is over, future codes are probably the second type by default. Why SE muddied this process, I don't know.

Just now, since my sub is "expired" I tried logging into the game. The launcher just prompted me to enter my code there. However, the one I received is still being considered invalid. So that might be something else to try instead of ******* with the Mogstation for now.

thats the same thing happening with me, the code that came with the game is saying its invalid when i type it in, this feels like that meme with Fry "SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!" ive never had to work this hard to play a video game lol, but the fact that i CANT play it makes me want to play it MORE! :p
