I haven't been able to play for 2 days wtf fu square!Follow

I was never given a registration code in my inbox or spam mail. I have an order number but when i enter that on www.findmyorder.com it says my order number is invalid and i know i'm entering the order number i got in my email so i can't retrieve my registration code until customer service is up after the weekend is over and i have to go back to work, while all my teammates are leveling up and leaving me behind. I already bought the game twice trying to start over and get it to work and i still can't get on. I'm boycotting square. This is total BS.

It sucks that's for sure it's rather lame that on the launch of their game they have cut back on customer support what kinda company does that? But even if they had extended it you'd still be screwed for a while. For every valid problem like yours there's probably 100+ people just complaining about the server issues.
