Can't download patchFollow

I had no problems launching the game prior to today, but now when I enter in my username and Pw & security token on the patcher client, the game crashes. If I enter wrong password, it doesn't crash, so it seems like it is crashing when attempting to get patch data. Any experience similar difficulites? Should I just uninstall and reinstall whole game?
