So... like a few others here I got stuck with a new account when I tried to register my product code on my existing service account. Filled out the form to merge em, but haven't heard anything from them in well over a week and starting to doubt if they even go through those.

Anyone here who got their service accounts merged yet? And if so, how long did it take and contact method? Starting to get tired of the waiting x_x

I tried and only thing I got is a email a few days later saying they got my request.... After a few more days I just cancelled it.. I want to talk to them on the phone so they dont ***** it up and merge them the wrong way... I dont trust their support.

I hate to say it but not trusting SE support is probably the.... right attitude. Smiley: rolleyes The individual TSRs range from inexperienced noobs who don't know they can help you, to jaded veterans who recite the script out of boredom.

They're overwhelmed and swamped and you'll hopefully hear from them in a week or two.
