Sorry, but it bothers me too. I don't like flat butts. Not even on my pixelated character in a video game. It looks terrible in game and out.
I really don't care one way or the other.
Having said that, though, it is curious that they went and added jiggle physics to breasts (even small/moderate-sized ones will wobble from jumps or active motions) while at the same time reduced the size of the dadonkadonk. So it's like on one hand, they did add fanservice, but on the other ... removed it?

I noticed the hips on my Roegadyn gal are too narrow as well. Hips should be the same width as shoulders in a human female frame.
I figure they used models for the ... uh, models. Models that don't have enough muscle mass, let alone any fat in the right places.

As silly as it may seem, they do have a good point.

Kind of like in wow when they shrunk Orc shoulders and everyone threw a fit so they Made them big again
