So I am a Legacy player but unfortunately didn't get very far along the story, max level was 34 before I quit. But I purchased the CE edition for 1.0, got the box and everything.
So now I am in ARR and thought since I was legacy CE 1.0 I would get more benefits. When I went into my Square Enix account it had a tab where I could upgrade to Digital CE for $19.95?
The main thing I was wanting was my Kitty mount but no luck on that one, I do have the Legacy bird though. Has anyone ran into this? If so how do I go about fixing it.
I know there were a million threads on similar issues but I never really read them since I knew I was 1.0 Legacy with a CE.
Any help is appreciated.

If you bought the Collector's Edition originally, you are entitled to the digital CE stuff (IE the kitty mount, the barding, et cetera). For me, when I logged in at first, it did not give me it. I logged in the next day and it was all sent via moogle.
Now, if you never bought the CE, ever, you'd need to have bought the CE.

Also, on my brand-spanking new character, it also sent me my 1.0 toys as well (The revamped Chocobo hat and shoes).

I have the 1.0 CE edition because I have the collectors box, the little note book, the onion helm and the security key. I remember ordering the CE from Amazon as soon as it was available.
All I have received so far is the Legacy mount and the flask to let me change my characters look.....that's it.
God I don't want to get on the phone with customer service to get this fixed, unless they are a LOT better than what they used to be

The ingame items from 1.0 is ugly and useless as it was back then. I have mine but I never used them lol the legacy chocobo and the flask are the the best things you get imo.

I'd assume then that you're on the same account and it's been more than a day since you re-entered the world, correct?
If so, contact SE, advise them that the moogle lost your new shinies in the mail. Like I said, it took a full day gap for me to get mine (I was a little put out at first), but when I went on yesterday, I saw I had new mail, and it had all the stuff. They should be able to verify your account type. Mine literally had all those items listed when I linked up the PS3 copy.
Just be sure your FFX|V service account has it all listed.

Yeah, I have been playing for a few days now since the launch and I also played a bit in the EA too. I guess I Have to contact them and figure out what is going on, the main thing I wanted was the kitty mount TBH.

Nah, I didn't configure any of that. What I did notice is that I had two service accounts, one with all my original CE stuff, and one that was for a beta. Not sure which beta (1.0 or 2.0), and the one with my main account had all the toys listed. I didn't get the chocobo because I never actually paid on my FFX|V 1.0 account. Also, oddly, I lost some levels off of Pawk, and my other character that I had made.
