Can't seem to get my free digital download as a 1.0 owner Follow

Hey yall,

I played FFXIV 1.0 and registered my copy way back in the day.

I still have the copy and registration code. When I downloaded the FFXI client from here http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/topics/detail/607fcd5b2c7eca6ff3e9e9b097d1f1fdcc37b4db

I got it on my PC. After getting it on my PC and launching it I selected "I already have an account" typed in my account info and it asked for my Registration code. After typing in the code it says "That registration code is already in use" .... well Duh! It's in use in the same account that I am logged into!

Am I doing something wrong? I am trying to get the PC client.

Yeah it doesn't help. I keep getting the registration code window after I log in. Is there anything I have to do to prove that I had FFXIV 1.0?

I went to enter bonus code on the mogstation and it said "The entered code has already been registered."

I'm having the same issue. I submitted a ticket on Friday(9/6) and am awaiting a response. Saturday(9/7) I received a confirmation email saying they will get back to me in 2 business days. I hope they respond that fast. From what I've read online, it might be more like 2 business weeks.

My Registration Status says: Not Registered
I've checked my only other email address and in junk mail. I've never received another email with a code.
Under Select Service, I have both FF11 and FF14.
If I select FF14 it brings me to the Mog Station where it asks me to create a new service account. If I enter the registration code there, I get the same 'code already in use' message. I did not participate in the beta.
