Think the festival already is up. At work and cannot confirm >.<

It's pretty craptastic timing for NA players, but it's only one night so life will go on etc. If my friendly world clock is correct, the maintenance will be taking place during business hours in Japan, obviously so that SE can monitor how it goes without paying extra hours for their employees.

Human beings do need sleep, you know.
