Anybody know when digital sales resume? I want to jump in but can't find a boxed copy anywhere. Now that more worlds are added I thought they would start sales up again.

I believe it's found under "My Games" if you purchase from Amazon.
When they turn back on Amazon sales, in fact, I highly recommend them over SE's method of distribution. Digital River has given people a lot of headaches but Amazon seems to have done a much better job of handling the distro.
