Is this the last legit problem remaining in the game? I don't understand how this problem even happens, no other game does this. Are there any plans to address this?
edit: Apparently, if you exit out of the game completely, and log back in, it'll be able to retrieve the list. Simply returning to the main screen does nothing. Is that a known remedial fix?

Yup. That works just fine for me.
I've gotten this only once since the first maintenance. I exited all the way out and came back in and was fine. It was yesterday morning that i got it.
I had it yesterday because there was a maintenance.
