Hi,
I am a noob, just started two days ago and never played any MMO (just solo-playded one FF some years ago)
I just levelled my lancer to lvl 6 (if I remember well) and I need an help.
I have some quest (about 5/6) that I did all (I have also the green sign in the log) just it says to report to the NPC (the last thing to complete the quest).
When I do so the NPC says "bla bla .. all is OK" but the windows that appears soon after with the rewards have the button "complete" greyed so I cannot complete the quest (I can only decline) and the quest is still there.
I imagine that this is a "stupid" question (there is for sure a reason for this that I do not understand ...) but, please, help me to understand why this happen and what can I do to get experience and rewards
thank you for all that will answer

Is there more then one reward? you have to pick one then it will allow you to complete it.

you have to click on one of the rewards listed, then the 'complete' option will light up. Most quest dealing with the main story will have a choice of rewards.

Just one other note, sometimes you get quests that you can do at a certain level, but actually can't hand in until higher level.

Example, a quest that you can start at level 5 and is actually a level 7 quest. You can obtain and do the objectives, but can't actually turned in until level 7. I don't think there are a whole lot of these cases, but it can happen. However, it is also usually indicated by the quest turn in NPC having a Red quest sign over their head. This may not be the case for your current instance, but just another possibility if selecting a reward still does not allow you to turn it in.

Hope it helps

yes,
it helps because I remember that one the the quest that I cannot complete if indicated as level higher than mine ...
So could be both the cases ... in the last case I have to reach that lvl and then return to the final NPC to "complete" if I understand well ...
