Help i am getting this error upon logging in.Follow

I just purchased collectors edition and when i try to click play this error pops up. http://i.imgur.com/nWDTUEi.jpg It did it before the accept terms thing too but i fixed that in the boot files and it worked for two days now this,,,=(
