Probably more like this:
/ac "Tempered Will" <me>

EDIT: Just to expand a little. You can separate skills by a wait defined in seconds.

/wait 3

If you do that, they will all execute in turn. Use a value that's superior to the gcd, or 1 if those skills are off gcd.
If they are off GCD you can also leave opt to not use any /wait, but you will have to spam the macro for all the action to execute. Each time you click, the first available action will execute.

Another tip: start your macro with /macroicon "Name of the skill"
That will show the mp/tp cost, as well as the cooldown and the icon coloration indicating if you are in range or not.

Nuit Midril - White Mage/Scholar on Ultros
Nuit the Insane! - Retired Druid on Sentinels.
Ombre - Retired Dragoon/bard on Phoenix.

^ This

Edit: to expand on that; Any skills that are only one word (e.g. Bane) do not need quotation marks. As soon as the skill has two words (eg. Sword Oath) quotations are required because the space breaks the command otherwise. It does not recognize only the first word (Sword) as a command, and fails.
