Answer the call and push forward to Heavensward!

Final Fantasy XIV fans are rejoicing as the release date for the first FFXIV expansion, Heavensward, has finally been announced by game director Naoki Yoshida at PAX East.

The teaser trailer for Heavensward still says Spring, however the confirmed release date for the upcoming expansion will be June 23rd (early access around June 19th), with pre-orders for the game beginning on March 16th.

  • New Primals
  • New Job-specific armor
  • & More

It was also confirmed that there will be Mac version of the game client which will be released at the same time as the Heavensward expansion. While exact pricing has not been discussed as of yet, the three editions of the game include:

  • The Collector's Edition – Comes with physical and digital items
